Falls Prevention Seminar for older adults

September 23-27 is National Falls Prevention Week. Did you know that 1 in 4 older adults report falls each year? Westside Pacific Villages is hosting a free webinar on Falls Prevention on Thursday, September 26th from 5-6pm. Carol Hahn, a registered nurse and certified personal trainer, will speak about what you can do to help prevent falls and stay safe at home and in the community.
