Join HŌMTOWN Yoga on Saturday, September 17th to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary with food, music, and community. There will be prizes and giveaways, too!
Enjoy Vinyasa Flow yoga and mindful eating classes in the morning, and throughout the afternoon, learn about anti-inflammatory nutrition and taste raw food smoothies and cookies. Guests can receive a free posture analysis, learn about tuning fork sounds and benefits, yoga for stress & anxiety, breathing techniques for relaxation & focus, and then top it off with a 30 minute Sound Bath. Stop in just to say hi or stay the entire day.
All activities are free, but be sure to register ahead of time for classes as space is limited (see class schedule and register for each class individually).
The schedule for the day includes:
9:30 – 10:30 am Vinyasa Flow Basics Class with Lucero Maya
11:00 – 12:00 pm Vinyasa Flow Class (All Level) with Madi Dupont
12:30 – 1:15 pm Mindful Eating Class with Eve Lahijani
2:00 – 4:00 pm Open House (come and go as you like, no need to sign up for this segment)
