Please join us on Saturday, October 22nd at Loyola Marymount University from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM PT for the 11th Annual Yoga Day! The event is a free celebration of Yoga traditions, experiences, and its many expressions. We are thrilled to welcome special musical guests, expert movement and meditation teachers, and presenters well-trained in diverse spiritual traditions. This year's theme “When Shanti Changes Systems: Yoga as a Force for Liberating All Beings” builds upon essential conversations, such as how to make Yoga accessible for all and how Yoga can be a vehicle for social justice. As always, the event is completely free and open to the public. Practitioners and non-practitioners of all levels, backgrounds, and social identities are welcome to join us in community (sangha).
